What To Bring:
Hey Future Record-Breakers!
We’re so excited to have you join us for the HIIT for Hope: A Record Breaking Community. To ensure you have the best time ever, here’s a list of what to bring. Let's get ready to sweat, laugh, and break a world record!
1. Togs (Swimwear)
Because what’s a workout event without a refreshing dip in the ice bath or a rejuvenating sweat in the sauna? Get those togs ready for a cool down (or warm up)!
2. Sweat Towel / Beach Towel
It's in summer, so you’re going to get sweaty. Like, “Did I just swim a marathon?” sweaty. Bring a towel to keep that brow dry.
3. Water Bottle
Stay hydrated, folks! Bring your favorite water bottle (bonus points if it’s covered in motivational stickers) to keep you fueled and fabulous.
4. Comfy Workout Gear
Bust out your brightest, stretchiest, most fabulous workout clothes. Remember, this is a world record attempt – you got to look your absolute best doing it!
There will be a prize for the BEST DRESSED!
5. Sunscreen
We’re all about the glow, but not the sunburn. Slap on that SPF and keep your skin happy and healthy.
6. A Positive Attitude
Bring those good vibes and infectious smiles. We’re here to have fun, push our limits, and support some amazing causes.
7. Your Best Dance Moves
There might be spontaneous dance breaks. Be ready to bust a move whenever the spirit moves you (which could be often)!
8. Friends and Family
Drag along your BFF, your mom, your neighbor – anyone who could use a dose of fitness fun and community spirit. The more, the merrier!
9. Camera/Phone
Capture those epic moments, selfies with new friends, and your victorious post-HIIT glow. Don’t forget to hashtag #HIITForHope!
10. An Open Mind
You never know what surprises we have in store. Come ready to try new things and make unforgettable memories.
11. Your Inner Child
Leave the adulting at home. We’re here to play, laugh, and make history!
